All orders generally take 1-3 business days to process and you should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This shipping confirmation should contain all relevant tracking information.

If your order contains any Laserforge items, including laser cut items and/or 3D printed items, the processing time is increased to 15-20 business days, generally as the vast majority of these items are made to order. As with regular orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has dispatched.
Often we experience extremely high demand for our products and processing times may increase. Please take note of our up-to-date expected processing times on our main website header.

Any Free Shipping offers are offered at our discretion and some exceptions may apply.
Exceptions may include, but are not limited to:

• Large or heavy-weight items which require courier shipping.
• Order value exceeds £250 gbp and special insurance may be required.

In all cases, we may revoke any Free Shipping offer at any time and for any reason.

EU and International customers should be aware that Laserforge Miniatures does not pre-pay any customs duties, taxes or other handling fees which the customer will be responsible for upon delivery.

Laserforge Miniatures uses sustainable packaging materials to deliver all orders. Cardboard boxes and padded envelopes are recyclable and should be used for returns purposes when necessary.
